The Simply Christmas Tag 2017!

It's less than a week til Christmas, and I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to do something Christmas-y. I'm sorry to you all if you were expecting me to do blogmas like I did last year, but I simply did not have it in me. I have been much too busy in my life and I knew that I would not be able to keep up!

While I enjoyed reading everyone who was doing blogmas this year, I simply kept with my regular schedule of posting twice a week! If you guys want, I can do a post of all my favorite blogmas posts this year! Let me know if you would be interested in that.

THE QUESTIONS:

What’s your favourite thing coming into the festive period?
My favorite thing definitely has to be this hibernation period I go through. Throughout the summer I spend much less time at home then I do in the winter. While some people completely hate it, I really like to spend this time catching up on my reading and TV shows. I have to say that being in a period of time where listening to Christmas music is socially accepted is definitely a bonus! (I'm that person that can start listening to Christmas music starting April)

What’s your favourite Christmas-themed drink?
Hot Chocolate? I don't really have one, sorry!

Do you have any Christmas or Winter related traditions?
I always spend Christmas day at my grandmother's house. Now that she has Alzheimer's and doesn't cook or anything, we still spend most of the afternoon with the rest of the family at her house!

In regards to winter, I always try to do some snow related activity, such as sledding, skiing or snowboarding!

Christmas Jumpers- Yay or Nay?
yes yes yes! I am all for them. I look forward to wearing them for a few weeks, aha!

What are some of your favourite Christmas songs?
My favorites have to be "winter things" or "Santa tell me" by Ariana Grande! Oh, I definitely have to add "This Christmas" by Chris Brown! There are wayyy too many good ones!

If you could star in any Christmas film, which would it be, and why?
hmmm, maybe one of the home alone movies? I honestly have no clue!

If you could kiss any celebrity under the mistletoe this year, who would it be?
Definitely Maluma, my only celebrity crush! No extra thinking necessary, aha

Do you have a favourite Christmas scent? Candles, Fragrances etc
I love the scent of pine. It feels so christmas-y to me!

What is your favourite festive food?
I don't think we really have any festive food? We do always make pernil for thanksgiving and Christmas Eve though, and I'm completely obsessed!

What is one extremely extravagant gift that you would love to, but probably never receive?
I don't know, this is a tricky one, maybe an all expense paid trip! That would be a dream come true for me!

I'm definitely a dress up kind of girl 🙂
What’s your favourite gift that you’ve given and your favourite that you’ve recieved?
One of the best gifts I have received has to be the Harry Potter book set that my aunt has gotten me. After that I have to say it was the laptop my father gave me two years ago! I'm still so in love with it, and it totally works like a charm 🙂
