Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Liner - Worth the Hype?

Hey guys! First of all, please excuse my nails, I have been seriously slacking! But I bought this product about a month ago or two, and I decided to write my final thoughts on the product and if it's worth the hype.

First Impression

I'm one of those people who go to Ulta and Sephora and try stuff that people rave about. The worst part is that I usually don't need any of it! The day I bought this I was in Ulta and I decided to try this out, because I had hear really great reviews about it. When I first tried it on, I really like it because it was really pigmented. What really sold me, was how long lasting the eyeliner was. It was about the same price or maybe a little cheaper than the other brands in the same range. You could get it at Ulta for $22.00. The liner itself was a sleek black pen.

Final Thoughts

I've been using this eyeliner for a few months now and have come to realize a few things. The felt tip has still stayed extremely thin, which I really like. The liner still lasts a long time. One thing that I really don't like about this product is that it has dried out so quickly. It is not as black as it used to, more of a light gray. Also, its very difficult to get the product onto your eye. I've used liquid liners that were for around the same price range and lasted longer.

Worth the Hype?

After using this product for an extended amount of time, I've come to a decision. For me, this product was not worth the hype. While it lasted a long time while it was on, the product itself dried out extremely quickly. It also became very unpigmented quickly. After a few weeks of owning the product, I would have to put another liner on top of it. This defeats the purpose of the product. Overall, I would not repurchase this product.
