Black Content Creators You Should Be Following!

Hey guys, I'm back again to share with you another way to support Black Creatives. If you haven't read them yet, I have a post of Black Beauty Brands to buy from & Black Authors who write Young Adult Literature!

Today I'm going to share with you some Black content creators that I follow, and you should too! I'm only going to talk about Instagram content creators in this post, but if you're interested in some Black bloggers, let me know!

I want to start with someone I personally know who's always killing it at the Instagram game. Shayla is someone everyone should be following. She's constantly posting photos from her amazing travels (obviously there has been a lack of travel photos cause of the Coronavirus) . She always posts really good Instagram stories. Sometimes they're from her trips, and sometimes they're interesting/important current events! No matter what she posts on her stories, they're always cool to watch. One thing that I love about her profile, is her captions. She honestly has some of the best captions!

Not only that but she is a huge activist for the Black Lives Matter movement. Her recently projects have included working on corporate activism (it's making sure that there is equality in the workplace, in terms of having talent from different cultures, races, gender and backgrounds). Definitely go and give her a follow!

Ayzia is a fellow New Jersey blogger and Instagrammer! She posts the most beautiful fashion photos and lifestyle posts! I actually met her at a New Jersey blogger event, and she was so nice and sweet! I definitely suggest giving her a follow, especially if you're looking for some luxe fashion inspiration! I've been following Yossy for years. Almost from the beginning of my blog. She had such an amazing blog that I knew I wanted to look at more of her content, so I followed her Instagram too! Not only does she take amazing photos, but her stories have always been super fun to watch.

I've been really into stories on Instagram over just people's feeds, so I mainly follow these people for the personality that comes across on their Instagram stories. If you're looking for a mix of a beautiful Instagram feed and interesting stories to watch, she is someone you should definitely follow! Check her out here!

For a long time, I was looking for someone who posts stories, semi-similar to thelittleplum, so when Chloe herself, shared a list of content creators that she recently followed, and from that list I found Dora! She creates these super fun to follow text-styled Instagram Stories. I love following people's day to day through text-styled stories. She's currently in Switzerland, which is a super cool, specially since I don't follow anyone else from that country.

Not only are her stories super fun, but her Instagram posts are gorgeous as well! I definitely recommend checking out her profile!

Coco was another person Chloe from thelittleplum recommended to me! I loved her instagram story style. She also had fun text-styled stories! I completely fell in love with her personality. I was also pleasantly surprised to find out that she lives in NYC! I don't know why, but I love following people who live close to me. It's probably cause if she recommends a restaurant, or takes a picture at a specific location, I can go there myself!

Coco takes beautiful photos, and has a great sense of style! On top of all those things she runs an amazing blog! I honestly think you should check her out, she is one the people that I've recently followed that I've really enjoyed all of their content!

inmysundaybest

Sade from Inmysundaybest has someone who I've always followed their blog for a while. She's actually sisters with Yossy! That's actually how I found Sade. Yossy mentioned Sade in a blog post, and I've been following them both ever since. Sade writes beautifully, takes great pictures, and has interesting stories!

Steph is another person I started following because of her stories (as I've said earlier, stories has been one of the main reasons I've been on Instagram, and my favorite ways to consume content as of late). Then I started actually paying attention to her posts, and I realized that they're honestly...kind of amazing? Her captions were so well written, and just sucked me into whatever she was sharing with us in that post.

She doesn't only have the text-styled stories that I love, but she also has speaking stories as well. While I'm not always a fan of those, because I don't always have my volume on, I always take the time to turn on my volume and listen to what she's talking about. She's become one of my overall faves, so I definitely recommend her! Check her out!

kieraplease

I originally followed Kiera a few months ago, because of the amazing cosplay she did. She was so creative, and her looks came out flawlessly. She is honestly such a talented content creator! In order to create great cosplay, you have to be good at transforming yourself with makeup, which she does so incredibly well. If you're looking for someone who is great at doing next-level makeup, definitely check her out!

snitchery

The final person I'm going to talk about today is Eleanor from snitchery. I originally followed Eleanor because of her cosplay. She was another person who was just so amazing at transforming herself to get into a character. Then I completely fell in love with her personality. I found her Youtube channel, and watched ALL (and trust me when I say all) of her content.

She comes across as so genuine, that I couldn't help but want to consume more of her content. Not only is she all the things I mentioned above, but she's also beautiful and I'm obsessed with her tattoos. She is another person I highly recommend following! Check her out here.
