My Favorite Youtubers of 2020

I wanted to share with you some of my favorite Youtubers for the year of 2020. I have watched ALOT of YouTube content throughout the year of 2020, with the pandemic and all. Now some of these I've talked about on here, but I wanted to make a full list of all the Youtubers I've enjoyed and watched throughout 2020.

It's a pretty long list, but each person deserved a spot on my top for 2020! Let's get into it.

Abbey Sharp

Abbey Sharp is an American dietary reviewer. I believe she's a nutritionist, and she reviews other people's "What I eat in a day" videos. I have always found those videos to be interesting, but this concept is cool, cause she'll talk about nutritionally why those foods are good or bad options!

She has a super healthy mindset about relationships with food, and so I just really like listening to her input. If you're into that kind of think, I definitely recommend checking her out as well! You can check her out here.

Allana Davison

Allana is a Canadian beauty Youtuber. I have fallen off watching a lot of beauty Youtubers, mainly because I'm not really purchasing new makeup. Not only that, but I've lost a bit of interest in learning about new products.

I like Allana, because she's super chill. Not only does she do makeup related videos, but she does vlogs, and some lifestyle content. I honestly think her personality is a big reason why I really enjoy her videos, so check her out! You can look at her page here.

Amanda Rach Lee

Amanda is a Canadian bullet journal Youtuber. She might be the person I have adored even more throughout the year of 2020. I've been following her since I started bullet journaling about 3-4 years ago, and I've seen her grow so much.

She's super cool, super chill, and just comes across as extremely genuine. I don't know why, but I feel like a lot of the Canadian Youtubers I follow have that chill genuineness. I have even started watching some of her twitch streams, which have also been super entertaining.

Even if you're not into bullet journaling, her videos are great to have in the background when you're cleaning or something! You can check out her page here.

Asia Jackson

Asia is an American lifestyle/fashion content creator. I started watching her videos a few years back, and I really fell in love with her. Then there was a time that I fell off. I wasn't really into watching content that involved luxury products, which is something she was doing a lot of.

Recently, she has opened up about her mental health, and I've fallen back in love with her videos. She has recently done these silent vlogs, and idk why but I love them! You hear the background noise (very asmr), but if she's explaining something it'll be in text. It kind of feels like watching an Instagram story with no volume, and someone wrote the text.

If you want to check out her channel, you can see it here.

Best Ever Food Review Show

This might have been one of my favorite finds of 2020. It's a travel food show, that follows Sonny as he travels to multiple countries while learning about the culture and the food. He hires local guides, who are usually super funny.

Because of the pandemic, he's been doing a lot of fun and unique content in Vietnam (which is where he's based in). You would think that the channel would stop being interesting, because he's not traveling, but it's just as good!

If you're into travel food shows, then this is the one for you! Check it out here.

Best Dressed

She is a new find in 2020. Ashley is an American lifestyle and fashion Youtuber. She tends to do videos that involves eco-conscious ways to buy clothes and live stylishly. Her personality is really blunt, open, and outspoken.

She's very open about sex, which I really like! I have never really followed anyone as open about that topic. I definitely suggesting looking at her page here!

Claudia Sulewski

I've been a fan of Claudia for a long time. I've been subscribed to her videos since before she moved to LA, and was still living in the suburbs close to Chicago.

Claudia is an ex-lifestyle/beauty Youtuber, and now mainly sticks to vlog style videos. She does sprinkle some lifestyle videos occasionally! I can't even explain why I like her videos so much. She has a really cool personality, and has zero drama in her videos, which is also nice.

Not only does she make me feel like I'm learning things from her videos, but she makes me want to be productive! You can look at her page here.

Dangelo Wallace

Dangelo is another new find in 2020. I found him during the continuation of Dramageddon. Dangelo is an American commentary channel. The specific series I found him is was when he was breaking down Jeffree Star, Tati Westbrook, and Shane Dawson. The videos were extremely well thought out. You can tell he has done a lot of research on each of these people.

Since then, I've enjoyed his videos on everyone else he covers! He only posts about once every 3-4 weeks, so he's really easy to keep up with. You can check out his channel here.

Elena Taber

Elena is an American Youtuber. I'm not completely sure what category I would put her in. She does a lot of vlog style content, but sprinkles in fashion, lifestyle, travel, and self-help posts. She's obviously not doing a lot traveling right now, but somehow she has found a way to keep her content interesting.

You can check out her channel here!

Emma Chamberlain

I remember being on some of those Snapchat news stories, and they would always talk about Emma Chamberlain. I honestly had no idea who she was, and it feels like in 2020 I saw her name everywhere.

I decided to check out her Youtube Channel, and I was surprised cause I really like her! Her personality was funny and it came across as super unscripted. As you can tell I've been really into people who come across as really genuine across social media. You can check her out yourself here!

First we Feast

Now while some of you might not know this channel by their name, they're the ones famous for the Hot Ones series. Hot Ones is the only segment I watch on their channel, cause they're all super interesting.

Hot Ones is an interview based video, where the interviewer and whoever they're interviewing is eating wings that have different spiciness levels.

This season they sent the hot sauces to the celebrities, and a lot of them over sauced their wings! It was super entertaining. If you think this might be something that's your cup of tea, I recommend checking them out! You can view the channel here.

Hyram

Hyram is another content creator that just blew up out of nowhere. I had no idea who he was, and then I start seeing his face and videos everywhere. Hyram is an American skincare Youtuber. He does everything from reviewing celebrity skincare routines, to looking at brands, and recommending different skincare products for different skin types.

While he's not a dermatologist or a licensed expert, he has a lot of knowledge about skincare ingredients. Since I've been using a lot more skincare verses makeup in 2020, this channel has been super helpful! You can check out his videos here.

Jonathan Morrison

Jonathan Morris is my go-to tech reviewer. Jonathan is an American tech Youtuber. While he definitely has a bias towards Apple, he reviews all types of phones, headphones, and random tech gadgets. I like the way he expresses himself in his videos, and while he does have a bias towards apple, I still feel like he does pretty fair reviews.

If you're into tech and haven't heard of him, then I definitely recommend checking out his channel, here!

Kathleen Lights

Kathleen has been a longtime favorite of mine. While I've fallen out of love with a lot of beauty content creators, I still watch almost all of of Kathleen's videos! She has such a fun, unique, and genuine personality, that I definitely watch her videos for her personality over anything else.

If you love her personality, she does weekly "Get Ready with Me" on her Instagram stories! It's a lot of fun, because she gets to use real music in the background. Definitely check it out if you're a fan of her.

If you haven't heard of her, or just haven't watched her videos before, definitely check her channel out here!

Living to DIY with Rachel Metz

This was a recent subscription of mine. After sharing with you my last favorite set of YouTubers, a few of you recommended her channel to me! I love remodeling & designing videos, so her channel was right up my alley.

If you're into a lot of the HGTV channel, redecorating and remodeling videos, then definitely give her channel a watch!

Philip Defranco

Phillip Defranco has been my favorite for the past two years or so. I like to watch his channel to get updates on major news worldwide. He tries to do so in the most informational and unbiased way. While he definitely sways a bit left (especially when it came to news revolving Donald Trump), I still think he does a good job trying to give unbiased news.

If you're into staying informed with American and International news, definitely give his channel a watch! You can check him out here.

Smokey Glow

Smokey Glow has been a favorite of mine, ever since Jen Luvs Reviews has done a video recommended her. When I first started following her, she did a lot of makeup content, and has shifted her content since.

Now she does a lot of commentary videos. I have to say that I've been pretty pleased with the shift in her videos. They're a lot more enjoyable, and I feel like she does a good job at giving fair opinions on scenarios and people.

She's recently been doing "The Evolution of..." videos, and they've all been really good. She's done this on brands, influencers, and genres. If you're into commentary videos at all, then she's a great person to check out! You can look at her videos here.

So there you have it! If you got to the end, then I raise a glass to you! Even though I made it, so it's super easy to just skim through it, I appreciate anyone who read this entire post.

I 100% recommend following each and every single one of these people! They're just super cool content creators, and while they are very different from one another, I love them all.
