Posts I'm loving | #24
Hey guys, I've been trying to keep a regular schedule with this whole thing going on. There's been so much impacted in our daily lives, and so I thought I would try to keep a bit of normalcy on my blog.
I've honestly been feeling pretty sick since Sunday, and so haven't been able to go to work. I honestly haven't really had the energy to go on my computer, mainly because the migraines have been never ending.
But I didn't want to stop posting, so I was pleased to see that I already had this list of posts to share with you, and all I have to do is share them with you! Let's get right into it.
ModiBodi Period Pants Review by The Little Plum
I've been trying to find different ways to become a bit more eco-friendly. This post, written by Chloe was extremely interesting. They're underwear that you're supposed to wear when you have your period. They have a special lining that absorbs your blood. When you're done using them for the day, you just pop them in the wash, just like a regular set of underwear!
I found them super interesting, mainly because I don't like to use tampons. My body just doesn't agree with them. They make me feel all bloated and uncomfortable. Therefore, I've always resorted to using pads. The idea of being able to reuse these sounds great! It helps that Chloe had a great experience with them. I might do more research into period underwear. If you've been looking for alternatives for menstrual care, this might be an option for you! Definitely give it a read and check it out.
15 Reasons you should look forward to turning 30 by Doorways & Dresses
You probably all know by now that I have this weird fear of getting older. Of feeling like I don't have enough time to do everything I want. I'm turning 26 this year, and it's been one of those things that I've honestly been dreading.
For whatever reason I didn't mind turning 25, but 26 feels much more than a year older than 25. I found this post the other day, and it made me feel calmer about getting older. I tend to concentrate on the bad things about getting older, without putting much thought into the good things too! This post shared 15 of her favorite things about turning 30. It's honestly a great post, and one I truly recommend reading if you dread getting older like I do.
Pairing my favorite tropes with YA Books Pt. II : All the Romances by Drizzle & Hurricane Books
I'm a total sucker for romance novels. So nothing sucks me into a post more than someone talking about their favorite romance novels. Marie from Drizzle and Hurricane books gives the best recommendations and this post is no different.
If you're looking for new romance books to read, definitely give this post a read!
