What I'm grateful for in June | 2018
Hello guys, can you believe we're over halfway done with the year!? I feel like the time has flown by! June was extremely busy for me, but it might be because it's officially summer! There were quite a few things I was grateful for, so let's get right into it!
France/Belgium
If you guys didn't know, for my birthday I went to Paris. While there I went to other locations in France, while also taking the time to visit Brussels. It was magical. It was my first time in Europe, and it definitely exceeded my expectations. I met so many kind people, saw things that I was not accustomed to, and tried so much delicious food. I spoke about it a bit more in this post, so you can read more on there. Overall it was an amazing start to the summer, and on top of that, was an amazing birthday!
Incredibles 2
Now if you haven't watched this movie yet, what are you doing with your life? The original movie came out 14 years ago, and it was actually really good. It follows around a family who has super powers in a world where being a superhero is outlawed. The second was so so so good. It had a great plot, it was funny, and looked amazing. Definitely worth the wait and if you like animated movies, then you're going to love this.
My Brother & His Girlfriend
My brother has gotten back from his underway recently, and so as always, he headed over to visit us. This time around, we also got to meet his new girlfriend. I'm always a bit nervous when meeting a new significant other. I'm so overprotective, and just want them to have the best possible. I was so happy to see how lovely she was. We actually clicked super well, and she gave me the best vibe! I really liked seeing how they interact together. I think me and her are going to get along just fine. I'm super happy for him, because he definitely all the happiness in the world.
I am also lucky, because I will be most likely seeing him in a few weeks!
Getting my Tan on
The best part of the summer....no need to fake tan! I absolutely love lounging in the sun. I feel like you soak up so much positive energy. This past winter, I started fake tanning, and while it was great, it does take a bit of time out of your day. I'm not one to commit to anything that's too high maintenance, and so it wasn't the most ideal situation. While I'll probably continue to fake tan in the winter months, because I love looking tan, it's not something I'm going to need to worry about during the summer.
I'm actually starting to get a bit of color on me, and I love it!
Sidenote: if you guys can't tan, I really recommend Loving Tan for self-tanning. It works amazingly. It doesn't streak. It's not sticky. The best of all...you don't end up looking orange! (definitely not sponsored, but thought you guys should know!)

Awww man lucky you! I so happy you got to take a lovely trip for your bday hun. I'm def in need of a travel lol next time pack me in your suitcase :') And OMG I went to watch The Incredibles twice and it was sold out! 🙁 SO I'm going to attempt this weekend lol. Those balconies in Belgium are so beautiful!!! I wish we had buildings like that here.
I still haven't seen the new incredibles movie, I've just had no time lately. I've been hearing from everyone who saw it that it was amazing!
