What Keeps Me Motivated?
As you guys all know I was struggling a little bit in the last month (you can see this post here). It was extremely difficult to stay motivated. I did take a week and a half off from posting, but I got past it and came back to you guys as quickly as I could. So what helps to keep me motivated?
Blogging
You guys keep me more motivated than you will ever know. You guys give me a routine and normalcy in my day to day life. If it wasn't for you guys, I don't know how I would be.
I love blogging. I always wanted to start a blog, but was too scared to do so. I am so grateful for the fact that I created my blog last December. I want to thank each and every one of you for reading my blog.
My Parents
My parents are the most hardworking people I have ever known. They never slack, and so when I'm feeling down I look at them and think "I can't give up, I have to keep going". They motivate me to keep going, no matter what.
My Role Models
When I'm feeling down I love to look at people who are doing something with their lives. I like to look at hardworking people. My favorites definitely have to be Claudia Sulewski. She's a YouTuber. One of the most hardworking people ever. I love to hear her talk about how she enjoys working hard.

I also really enjoy watching Snapchat of people who like to work out. One of my favorites is @Nicolconcilio! She definitely pumps me up and motivates me to want to exercise and work out.
My Friends
I've said it once, I'll say it 100 times. My friends are so so important to me. I have hit rock bottom once or twice in my life, and some of them have been there
through thick and thin. Whenever I feel unmotivated in any way, they call, text, and come knocking at my door and helping me get back on my feet. My friend Jill gets me to go outside and exercise with her. My friend Erika will come to my house at all hours
I'm feeling down and tries to make me feel better. Without them I don't know what I would do.
On top of that, my friends are the most driven, ambitious, and intelligent people you will ever meet. They are all passionate when it comes to their careers and studies. They work so hard in order to succeed. I cannot let them down! We are a group of kick ass people (ahem, excuse my English). I can't bring the group down. I have to succeed right alongside them. My friends are one of my biggest motivators.
Self-Help Books
When I'm hitting rock bottom, you know what sits super well with me? A good old self-help book. While some are extremely cliche, there are others that are super helpful for me. Right now I'm reading You are a Badass: How to Stop Doubting Your Greatness and Start Living an Awesome Life. This book is so good. I've heard some of the topics in the book before, and yet, it still sounds fresh and clicks so well. If you guys need a book to give you a pick-me-up, check this book out!
Now you guys know my secrets. This is what I use in order to motivate me. What do you guys do/use in order to motivate you guys? I hope you guys have a wonderful day/night. Sending you all love and positive vibes!

Thanks for reading! Let me know what you think of the book when you finish reading it 🙂 xx
It's a pleasure reading your blog - the varied subjects, photos and videos are interesting to read, look at and watch, and your candour is refreshing. It's nice that you have friends to share with, get re-motivated and do things with. The book 'You Are A Badass looks great! I just had a flashback to reading a book long ago that opined the emotions of guilt and worry are useless.
I love seeing photos of you with your girlfriends!
Thank you so much for commenting. You always have the sweetest things to say. I hope some of these things spark some motivation in you! Have a great day xx
Getting older gets me motivated haha. Not sure if you just get more aware with how little time you have as you get older or what but it does help 🙂 Reading some self help books do help motivate for sure! Or just reading a good book. Thanks!
Thanks so much for reading and commenting Paolo xxx
